The Sparkpond portal has no account, search field, contact form or file upload. It presents applications and links to their websites.

Information handled

• The portal uses your browser’s language preferences to choose French or English. It does not save a separate language preference.
• Our host receives the technical requests needed to serve the website and may keep security logs.

Cookies and audience measurement

Sparkpond’s self-hosted, cookie-free Umami instance measures page paths and clicks that open applications. Only a public application identifier is attached to these clicks; URL queries and fragments are excluded. Active analytics records are deleted after 24 months.

Sparkpond uses no advertising, advertising profile or cross-site tracking. Because no consent-based tracker is present, the current portal displays no consent banner. Any future consent-based service will remain blocked until a clear accept/refuse choice is available and this notice is updated.
